South Down and Long Bay Sales Report – October 2017
There were four condos in South Down plus a single family home sold in Long Bay in October, 2017.

The entry level sale for the month was at 3 Williamsburg Circle in Colonial Hills. This three bedroom, two and a half bath unit has 1,600 square feet of living space. The unit appears to be in nice shape and a great value at the sales price of $165,000.
Over in the Hamptons at 40 Hampton Court a 1987 vintage, 1,672 square foot detached unit with three bedrooms and two and a half baths and a one car garage also found a new owner at $256,900.
Out by the front gate in Fields Crossing a nice stand alone unit at 78 Freedom Lane closed at$284,900. This unit was built in 1988 and has 1,440 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, and two full baths, The kitchen and baths are nicely renovated with new cabinetry, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. The unit was freshly painted and has new carpet and flooring. Looks like it was move in ready!

The highest sale for the month was at 26 Crane Circle in the Beach Club. This detached unit has 2,660 square feet of living space three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a new designer kitchen, first and second floor suites, and great lake and mountain views. This unit sold for $585,000 which was well over the tax assessed value of $443,400.

The lone sale in Long Bay was at 6 Trails End Lane. This 2,375 square foot colonial was built in 2001 and sits on a corner lot overlooking the pond. It has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, new appliances, new roof,and custom touches including a built in entertainment center and fireplace.
