DEALS ON WINNIPESAUKEE
A review of the listings that have come on the market over the past month or so has revealed what appear to be some pretty good deals. With the summer sales season fast approaching, there were even a few offerings on Lake Winnipesaukee that stood out to be great values at least when compared to their tax assessments.

The new listing at 10 Western Lane in Meredith is a 3,456 square foot, three bedroom, four bath, meticulously maintained Adirondack style home that was constructed in 2001. This home was originally offered in 2006 at $1.398 million and while there is some finish work to be yet completed, it is now on the market at $929,000 or 80% of the current tax assessment of $1.161 million.
