JUNE SOUTH DOWN AND LONG BAY SALES
So here’s the deal. We had just two sales in South Down and two in Long Bay in June which really isn’t a lot. But last year there were only three, so we’re one up. The important thing to be derived from this report is that property in South Down and Long Bay are bringing premium prices compared to their tax assessed value… now that’s something to crow about!
