You enter this upscale gated community by proceeding through South Down Shores on Outerbridge Drive. Long Bay is made up of high quality, unique, single family homes with a total area of approximately 100 acres of land. This development is newer than South Down and still has lots available to build your dream home on if you so desire. Architecture varies dramatically in Long Bay with the homes projecting the builder’s or homeowner’s individuality and taste. It is a great place to tour.
You’ll find stunning water views from many of the homes over the 1,500 feet of shorefront of Paugus Bay. Paugus Bay is part of Lake Winnipesaukee. The main part of the Big Lake is accessed through the Weir’s Channel just a short boat ride away.
You’ll find sandy beaches, tennis courts, boat docking, walking trails, a club house, and a beautiful pool overlooking the bay. It is kind of like an island get-a-way right here in the heart of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.
Regardless of whether you are looking for a primary home, second home, retirement home, or just a place to call your ultimate vacation retreat here in the Lakes, Long Bay could be the place for you!
Again, Long Bay is accessed through South Down Shores which is located on Parade Rd (Rt 106), in Laconia. As it is gated, you won’t be able to get in without an agent. One of our three offices is located just outside the front gate. I’d be happy to meet you and give you a tour of this prestigious community and view some of the choice properties that are available. Give me a call at 603-455-0335 or email me at email@example.com to learn more about the homes in Long Bay.
